I love books

I'm so inspired lately to read books, thanks to http://goodreads.com/ The site lists many many books, from novels to self help ones. They also give a short caption to each book. Whenever I browse the site, I want to have a bookshelf on my own, where I can collect all my fav books and keep them carefully. (My room's too small for that, though ;   ;).
Today I accendentally see the name "lolita" on facebook, and managed to download a pdf version :D Ha ha, so happy, you can have whatever you want as long as you're trying hard, right?

I also finished few books lately:

I'm in children novel on these days, and this's such a beautiful story :) I found many commons between me and Sara :)) We both have high self esteem, love beautiful things and be able imagine stories anywhere. But I have to admit, she's much stronger than me :))

I litre of tears. "TRY HARD" is the most common word in the book. I shed tears, smiled with characters.  I really admire Aya, who managed to live through all desperations brought by her disease. 

And I'm reading "Alice's adventures in wonderland" :) yay for the famous story!!!

I love Alice in this picture :)) She looks dynamic and smart. 

Cooking: corn-chicken cream soup (súp kem ngô gà)

Ingredients
Sweet corn: 1 ear.
chicken: 100gr
milk: 350ml
butter: 1,5 tablespoons
water of boiling chicken: 2 bowls
flour: 1 tablespoon
bột năng: 2 tablespoons, dissolves in water
salt, sugar... (depends)

Directions
Wash the corn properly, grate off the corn kernels.
Boil chicken, tear into small pieces.
Put the butter in a pan, heat it until it's melted. Then add the flour, stir quickly. Add the water of boiling chicken and the corn to the pan. When the mixture boils, add salt, sugar, milk and bột năng, stir for 1 min. Remove the corn soup from the heat, pour into bowls, add the chicken to the bowls and serve.

Cooking: Mỳ xào bò - Stir fried noodles with beef and vegetables

Ingredients

Instant noodle: 2 packs

Beef cut into thin strips: 200g

Celery and leek: 100g

Onion: 1 bulb.

Chopped ginger, garlic

Salt, chilli, peper

Cooking oil.

How to cook

-      - Slice the beef thinly, marinade with the ginger, garlic, salt and a little bit cooking oil.

-       -Cut celery and leek into 3-4cm pieces.

-       -Stir the beef quickly.

-       -Soak clean chip cabbage in hot water for about 3 mins. Do similar thing with the instant noodle. Drain and squeeze the cabbage and noodle to get rid of the excess water. Put them seperately.

-       -Pour lots of cooking oil into a pan (as much as you want), heat up the cooking oil, stir the noodle with over medium high-heat to make the noodle brittle. Then put the noodle in a separate bowl.

-      - Quickly stir the celery, leek and onion with over medium high-heat so that it’s not over cooked.

-       -Arrange the noodle, celery, leek  and beef in- a dish, add pepper and chilli, and serve!

Another recipe: noodle, beef and chip cabbage. Do similar steps with 1 pack chip cabbage (http://namangrocer.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/Cai-chip.jpg) instead of celery, leek and onion.

DIY project- Bảng nhớ màu sắc - "What to do" list

I saw this pic in pinterest and decided to make one for my own. My initial idea was just making a colorful goal list as a colorful painting. ( I looove colors these days, dont know why, you can see it through my recent projects)  but then, according to what I have, I came up with a cooler idea: using a black paper as background and decorate it with fun colorful letters. Here's the tutorial:

Nhân tiện được cho ít men, bạn Hà bắt tay vào làm thử bánh luôn. T
Mình làm không theo công thức, cứ ước lượng cho vào, mà thành quả hơi bị được, cả nhà đều đề nghị làm tiếp:))
Thành phần có thêm mayonaise thơm hơn rất nhiều. Lần sau cốc nào mình cũng cho vào hết Muahahaha! Ta đang bị cuồng mayonaise đây!
Thành phần: bột mỳ, men, trứng, sữa (ông Thọ -tận dụng nguyên liệu có sẵn mà), nước (để hòa tan sữa :))), sốt mayonaise.

Ăn tiệc buffet

Hôm nay, VCCI mình làm có lễ tổng kết j đó, và cũng có tiệc buffet. Cả phòng đã biết tin từ sớm, và canh giờ lên để còn chuẩn bị tinh thần. Bạn Hà cũng bám đuôi các chị trong phòng đi luôn. Cũng phải đi để còn biết mặt sếp lớn chứ.
Phòng mình hớn hở đi lên sớm. Nhưng chờ mãi mà vẫn chưa khai tiệc (phải đợi các đại biểu phát biểu trao bằng xong ạ), rất đông lực lượng chờ trực mất kiên nhẫn bỏ về trước, trong đó có phòng mình. Và bữa trưa của bạn Hà bắt đầu bằng nửa đĩa cơm rang. (Khổ, dạ dày quá bé để tiêu hóa hết cả đĩa)
Khi mọi người đang xỉa răng, anh phó phòng nhận đc tin báo tiệc đã bắt đầu, thế là anh em lại đi lên chiến tiếp =)))))) Theo dự đoán, tiệc sẽ đông lắm, tình hình các phòng cũng đã chuẩn bị sẵn nhân sự chờ sẵn, nhưng tiệc lần này đòi hỏi sự kiên nhẫn, thế là thành ra tiệc buffet diễn ra rất chi là lịch sự và dư giả đồ ăn.
Mình quá no, mà cũng quá mệt để thưởng thức, nên chỉ lấy để nếm thử thức ăn, nhấm nháp tí rượu. Tha về đc lon nước ngọt giải sầu buổi chiều thì rốt cuộc bị cuỗm mất. Làm nhân viên thấp cổ bé họng nó khổ thế đấy T^T Cơ mà chiều nay gặp được bạn đồng nghiệp khá là dễ thương, lại còn phát hiện bạn ý hay sang khu mình chơi nữa, kkk!

Sad but true ( Failed at a job interview)

I wasnt chosen for a job, one that has high salary and I want that money so bad.
And the one who is accepted isnt any stranger, it's my friend, who was very pure beside me.

I called the interviewer to ask why, and the reason wasnt very surprising but still made me dizzy: I was TOO active for the job!

I was like: "wtf! I've been admiring strongness for years and now you said my choose was wrong?" I was down, sad, and desperated. Didnt wanna talk about the job, just stay away from all thoughts about career, responsibilies...
An afternoon baking with Chi made my life much better. I enjoyed my time at her kitchen:)) She was so kind to concern about me by inviting her bf'cookies (even just ugly ones =)))) Thanks Nana as well.

Then I realized, it's not me that didnt fit the job, it's the job didnt fit me. I'm still me, loving being active and strong. Still be myself and find more jobs;)

Anw, I liked the interviewer. She was very kind and friendly, and is the first one to tell me that I should apply for E&Y.

The big lesson is: you should know your job well before meeting your interviewer.

DIY (khâu) áo hình trái tim - Heart sweater

Hôm nay mình đã làm áo hình trái tim, cực kỳ dễ thương, lấy cảm hứng từ a beautiful mess. Cách làm rất đơn giản ' v '

My new DIY piece. It's very simple. I got inspired by a beautiful mess. And MY METHOD is very simple.
You'll need:

Áo len cũ
An old sweater (I even didnt think I'd continue to use it:))

Vải nỉ (order trên enbac.com đầy) 

                          Felt

Cắt vải nỉ theo hình như thế này (kích cỡ to hơn hình trái tim định làm 1 tí)
Cut your felt into this shape (gauge: a little bit bigger than the heart you're gonna make)

Tỉa tót cho được hình trái tim
Edit your heart ;)

Ghim và khâu vào áo
Pin the heart and sew it to your sweater.

And you're done!!

New job - new experiments

     Thế là mình hết tình trạng thất nghiệp. Nay bạn Hà đã chính thức trở thành cộng tác viên tại phòng thương mại và công nghiệp việt nam - VCCI!!

     Phải nói mình có thiện cảm với VCCI từ lâu rồi. Từ hồi học cấp 2 mình đã ngưỡng mộ Mrs Chi Lan (cựu chủ tịch VCCI), sau đó lại học và yêu quý cô Chi Mai, em của Mrs Chi Lan. Thậm chí còn lấy cô làm role model nữa. Và VCCI cứ theo đó mà được mình thương mến ' v '

      Nhưng ngày đầu tiên đi làm phải nhận xét là mệt và cực kỳ chán. Nhiều lúc mình còn thấy oải vì thu nhập thì không cao mà mệt mỏi kinh khủng. Cả ngày cùng với cán bộ VCCI lao động chân tay (vì đang khóa chiêu sinh, nên sẽ có vài ngày gấp rút chuẩn bị thư để gửi khắp nơi), toàn công việc lặp đi lặp lại cực kỳ nhàm chán. Thực ra mình chỉ làm khoảng 3h buổi sáng nhưng hôm nay nhiều việc nên chiều cũng tới giúp mn. Về sau sẽ có cơ hội lấy %, nghe cũng kha khá, phải chịu khó tìm tòi thôi.


       Mọi người trong phòng thì rất thân thiện, còn tận tình chỉ bảo, đã thế còn có trai đẹp nữa *v* Lần đầu làm trong cơ quan "chuẩn" - tức là cơ quan có thăng tiến, uy tín Cơ mà vẫn có nhân vật hắc ám, soi mình từ trên xuống dưới, từ dưới lên trên. Mình nổi bật chói lóa đến thế sao? :-?


       Giờ ít nhất cuối tháng cũng có xiền, đỡ bí hơn. Dưng mà tiền lương không đủ chi trả cho cái wishlist :(( Lại phải quyết tâm bỏ lợn  T^T

New year confession

Yeah, here's my first confession of Dragon year. I have been not talking to my close friend for 2 days. I feel so sorry, I shouldnt have acted so rude that way. And I have to say, I didnt have any idea that she'd have followed me when I left. Gosh knows, I was so angry when I realize I wasnt her priority in that situation. I had the right to be mad!!!!
 I admit that I miss her. I even thought a girl riding Airblade was her when I went out to throw rubbish. I want us to be normal again. I actually finished a half of her bday gift.
Ahem, Hà here got some ideas <ding> Gonna see her on the day after tomorrow (Not tomorrow cause my mother called our family for a big family event)

Today I decided to start one of my big goal: taking an E certificate and this's how it was:
